Innovation in healthcare at the heart of our DNA

Our history
Doxamed (formerly Loxamed) was born in March 2020 in a context of exceptional crisis, from an original idea by Arnaud Molinié, which became a reality thanks in particular to the support of Gérard Déprez, Chairman of the Loxam Group (No. 1 in Europe and No. 4 worldwide in equipment rental). Their common desire was to join forces in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic and make their contribution to the collective effort.
Initially, Doxamed (formerly Loxamed) used unused Loxam modules (due to construction stoppages) to install telemedicine devices (a nurse and connected objects) and offer screening, diagnosis and vaccination solutions, starting with the most vulnerable groups (the first installation was carried out in a migrant workers' hostel in the 19th arrondissement of Paris).
At the request of the Île-de-France Regional Health Agency (ARS), and in order to speed up screening and break the contamination chains, Doxamed (formerly Loxamed) quickly signed agreements with analysis laboratories (RTCPR tests) and pharmacies (antigenic tests). This system has been supported by the French government and local authorities.
Doxamed (formerly Loxamed) continued to develop innovative, connected mobile medical solutions in several major sectors of people's daily lives: transport (trains, stations, airplanes, airports), businesses (amusement parks, construction sites, shopping malls, offices, etc.), sports and cultural events (stadiums, championships, concert halls). Operations have been carried out in over 100 towns and 10 regions.
On January 13, 2025, Arnaud Molinié, Chairman of Capitello Med (Capitello Group's healthcare subsidiary) and Gérard Déprez, Chairman of Groupe Loxam, announced that they had reached an agreement under which their joint subsidiary, Loxamed, is now 100% owned by Capitello Med, which previously held 49%. Following this acquisition, Capitello Med has renamed the subsidiary Doxamed.
